David Groll
Chief Executive Officer
Founder and CEO, has developed, manufactured and sold medical devices for more than 20 years. He worked for Respironics from 1986 – 1997. He was the Project Manager for the Patient Interface Group where he was responsible for the development of Respironics CPAP masks. Subsequently, he was General Manager of Respironics Hong Kong Ltd, where he was responsible for running the factories in Asia that manufactured Respironics masks.
In 1997, he founded and was the CEO of Vincent Medical, a company that does contract manufacturing of medical devices in China. He sold that business in 2002. He has held senior management positions in several other medical device companies. Mr. Groll holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering for the University of Pittsburgh.

Jeffrey is the CEO of ReGear Life Sciences, Inc. ReGear develops and markets innovative products that provide deep-tissue therapeutic heating to promote pain relief, reduce joint stiffness, and facilitate the body's natural healing process. Prior to joining ReGear, Jeff was the CFO at BodyMedia, a medical device company that markets its innovative calorie management system for the monitoring and treatment of metabolic disorders. Mr. Swoveland has raised over $40 Million in venture funding for medical device firms . He holds directorships on several public and private companies. Jeff has an MS Finance and Policy from Carnegie Mellon University and a BE in Geology and Geophysics from the University of Missouri / Rolla.

Martin is President of Cogent Strategic Growth, LLC a management consulting firm that provides guidance and support to start-up and established companies with a focus on building a scaleable operating infrastructure as a foundation for rapid and competent growth. He has over twenty-five years of management and consulting experience in manufacturing and distribution, including seven years with what is today Accenture, consulting in fortune 100 companies; starting, growing and selling a multi-national business (Full Service Supply Inc.) with sales at exit in excess of $150 million; and holding various positions of increasing responsibility over eighteen years at Kennametal Inc., a billion dollar global manufacturing company, including leading, at various times, advanced manufacturing services, marketing, business development, mergers and acquisitions and a subsidiary as president. He has served as a board member in manufacturing, distribution, financial and internet companies including current board positions with Columbia Northwest Inc., Westmoreland Federal Savings and PCS Corp. Marty holds a BS in engineering and business from Carnegie Mellon University and a MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
» Anthony L. Sico D.O.
Anthony practices at Indiana Regional Medical Center in Indiana PA in the Occupational Health Services Department and Emergency Department. He is also the Medical Director of the Indiana Regional Medical Center Occupational Health Department. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and Family Practice. Tony is a graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and holds a Masters in Public Health from the University of Wisconsin.
» William A. Groll
William has over 30 years of industrial experience primarily in the metals industry. He currently serves as the Vice President of Product Development for All-Clad Metalcrafters. In this capacity he has first-hand participation with All-Clad’s customers to track market trends and create new products to serve customer needs. He has been with All-Clad since 1980 where he has served in a variety of technical and operational rolls of progressive responsibility. Mr. Groll has been awarded 18 US patents and has another 14 patents pending. He was named Pittsburgh’s “Inventor of the Year” in 2005 by the Pittsburgh Intellectual Property Law Association. Bill holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Point Park University and an Executive MBA from the University Of Pittsburgh.
