Limited Warranty

Circadiance warrants that your SleepWeaver^® Soft Cloth Nasal CPAP mask, including its components-mask and swivel - shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase by the initial consumer.

Circadiance warrants that your headgear shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one-hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of purchase by the initial consumer.

Circadiance does not warrant the tape used on the swivel.



Guarantee

End User Purchases:

»  If you buy directly from the Circadiance site, Circadiance offers a 30-day money back guarantee.

»  If you buy through your home care provider and do not like the mask, you can return it to your home care provider within 30 days for a replacement mask.


DME/Sleep Lab Purchases:

»  When a DME or Sleep Lab purchases the SleepWeaver Mask directly from Circadiance, Circadiance and the Home Care Provider guarantee the customers mask with the Product Replacement Agreement.

»  The Product Replacement Agreement allows the customer to return the mask to the DME or Sleep Lab within 30 days for a replacement mask.

»  The 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to DME/Sleep Lab Purchases.
